for any Tuffy product purchased at tuffyproducts.com and shipped directly from Tuffy, less shipping and handling costs, except the following:
- For products that can not be resold (as determined by Tuffy, please get in touch with customer service for clarification),
- Products that can’t be purchased directly on Tuffy’s website.
- Special quantity orders requiring larger than standard run sizes.
- Non-Inventoried and/or discontinued products.
- Custom products.
To return a qualifying Tuffy product
- Contact Tuffy or complete the form below for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). No returns will be accepted without an RMA#.
- Returned products must be packaged with the same protection as when they left the factory. Tuffy will not refund any repair costs incurred to make a returned product resellable. (e.g., Parts should not be placed inside the Tuffy box without packaging protection, or the inside of the box will need to be repaired.)
Return of Damaged Shipments
- If you receive a damaged package, please contact us for assistance within 30 calendar days of receipt. Issues reported outside 30 calendar days are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please be prepared to describe the damage and provide photographs.
- Once photographs have been captured, please open the box with the inventory of what is still contained inside, photographing any damaged parts.
- Tuffy will replace any of the parts listed under a warranty and may provide a return shipping label upon request.
- Returning a damaged shipment will follow the same procedure and policy as above.
Returns for products not purchased directly from Tuffy must be returned to the dealer where the product was initially purchased. Check with the Dealer for their return policy. They may vary.
