Tuffy Shipping Information

• All Tuffy products will be shipped via FedEx or UPS unless otherwise quoted.
• Quoted rates are for standard ground shipping unless otherwise noted.
• Expedited shipping is available for additional charges.
• Please call or e-mail for an expedited shipping quote.

Shipping Damage Claims

Contact Tuffy within 3 days of the delivery to report any shipping damage and initiate a shipping damage claim.

It is the customer’s responsibility to note any shipping damage at the time of receipt no matter how minor. Minor shipping box damage can indicate damage to the product inside. This includes:

• Smashed corners
• Holes in the shipping box
• Signs that the package was opened and retaped, etc.

Shipping damage can also occur without any obvious packaging signs to the shipping box. For this reason the contents should be inspected before signing for the delivery.
